I have significant design experience with the following Packaging Components, Materials, Equipment, and Processes including:

• High Speed Fillers, Cappers, Labelers, Drop & Wrap-Case Packers, Palletizers, Unscramblers, Accumulation Tables, and numerous conveyor designs. Shrink-wrap, Stretch-Wrap, and RF sealing & trim equipment. Ink-Jet, Imprint, and Laser Coders. High Speed Vision ID equipment.
• Extrusion (Wheel & Shuttle), Injection-Blow, and Injection-Stretch Blow-Molders and Injection Molders. Head Tooling & Blow Pin design, and Trim / De-flashing equipment.
• Standard Metal and Aerosol Cans, both straight-wall and necked-in, Paper-Composite Cans, both spiral-wound and convolute, and formed Plastic Cans.
• Molded & extruded expanded polystyrene (EPS) and other foam materials.
• Standard / Pressure-Assist / Plug-Assist Thermoforming, including Blisters, Blister Cards, and Skin-Packaging. Thermoform mold and trim tooling design.
• Tubes, both metal, plastic, laminated, and paper composite. 
• Extrusion-Blow, Injection Blow, and Injection-Stretch-Blow-Molded plastic containers made of PVC, PET, Barex, Polypropylene, and HDPE, both mono-layer and co-extruded.
• Non-cosmetic Glass Bottles, Jars, and Vials. Mirror Plate Glass and Multi-Part Glass Panels, including decorative, insulated window assemblies.
• Closures including Fine-Ribbed, Child-Resistant, Roll-On, Dispensing, Crown, Tamper-Indicating, and Trigger / Finger Pumps. Familiarity with most cap lining materials, including Top-Tab & Pull-Tab induction liners, and foil / laminated conduction seals.
• Corrugated, including all Box designs, a number of Wrap-Case blank designs, Bliss-Boxes, Assembled Inserts, and Dividers.
• Molded pulp insert design used for product protection.
• Folding Cartons and other paperboard components including Assembled Partitions, Pads, Hang Tags, Set-up Boxes, Blister Cards, and Skin-Packaging Cards.
• Various shrink-wrapping and shrink-bundling methods used for multi-packs, displays, and product protection.
• Display designs including Made-To-Order, Full-Pallet, SideKick, Sears PDQ, Dump-Bin, Floor Standing, Permanent Rolling, Preview Dealer, and Specialty Club Pallets.
• Labels including paper / film pressure sensitive, IML, IMPL, hot-melt and cold glue-applied, heat transfer, silk screen, sleeve, roll-fed, and static labels, as well as a number of specialty coupon constructions Miscellaneous items including Packetts, Pails and Drums, Box and Bag, and Laminated Pouches.
